Assessment of nurses’ knowledge regarding myocardial infarction in Basrah Teaching Hospitals

The recent study was conducted on University of Basrah College nursing and aimed to assess the knowledge regarding myocardial infarction. Fifty nurses from both gender (male female) with different educational level experience as well work field participate assessment which include demographic information items corresponding result showed that 68 % participants female, most them diplomat degree, have 1-5 year were (50%), also results their (correct answer extend 10-78%) significant total mean score (2.2). concluded participant’s a infarction but scientific support for this disease is important raise professional competence nurse.
